Great Velocity

What appeared to be a fish
Deep underwater
Moved toward the surface
With great velocity
Upon reaching the limits
The fish broke free
From the water's depths
Propelling itself into the air
Traveling in an upward arc
Unable to breathe
The poisonous air
And incapable of
Defying gravity forever
